Radhika (played Swastika Dutta), the protagonist of Ki Kore Bolbo Tomay, is our favourite daughter for several reasons. Not only does she brave the worst storms with courage and tenacity, but she also cherishes Moni, who has brought her up, with all her heart. What’s more, Radhika makes every effort to look after her in-laws as she would her own family. Isn’t that admirable?

2. Shyama from Krishnakoli

Shyama (played by Tiyasha Roy) from Krishnakoli is not only the apple of her husband Nikhil’s (played by Neel Bhattacharya) eye, she has won over each and every heart of the Choudhury family because of what a marvellous daughter she is! Initially, Sujata, Nikhil’s mother, was reluctant to accept her when she had just got married. However, that was quick to change soon after everyone came to know what a beautiful and talented person she is.

3. Alo from Alo Chhaya

Alo (played by Debadrita Basu) from Alo Chhaya is another force to reckon with. She was orphaned at a tender age but was adopted by her aunt who treated her as her own daughter. Alo grew up to be a most responsible and principled individual and got married into the Sengupta family. Recently, Alo learned that her beloved parents are still alive!

4. Phirki from Phirki

Phirki, the titular protagonist of Phirki, was brought up by Lokkhi, a brave transgender woman. Phirki and Lokkhi’s mother-daughter relationship totally gives us parent-child goals! Even though they are not related biologically, it makes absolutely no difference to their most precious bond.

Which of these daughters is your favourite? Tell us in the comments below!
