Raj Kundra Pornography Case: Shilpa Shetty’s Husband Walks Out Of The Arthur Road Jail After Serving 2 Months’ Sentence

Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s husband, businessman Raj Kundra was in the police arrest for creating pornographic content on the internet. Yesterday, he got bail from the Mumbai court session. Today, he has stepped out of the Arthur Jail Road. He was arrested on July 19 this year. He was granted bail on a surety of Rs 50,000 yesterday.
Raj Kundra along with his business partner Ryan Thorpe has walked out of the jail on Tuesday morning. He made his way to his car when he stepped out of the jail.

He made his way to his car when he stepped out of the jail. On Saturday Raj Kundra moved a bail application in court, claiming that he was being made a scapegoat and that there was no single evidence in the supplementary charge sheet of him being actively involved in the creation of alleged questionable content.

The media was present outside the jail when Raj Kundra stepped out of the jail. As he stepped out of the jail, he was spotted by the media present. He was spotted in a grey t-shirt and blue trousers. His t-shirt had a print of an eagle on it. Keeping in mind the COVID-19 rules, he kept his black-colored mask on his face. A red tilak can be seen on his forehead as he walked towards his car.
Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai police’s crime branch, after being booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act, and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. A 1,500-page charge sheet was filed against Kundra and Ryan Thorpe in court on September 15 by the crime branch.
