As Shah Rukh Khan turned 55 on November 2, the internet was blazing with wonderful wishes. Not only fans but several celebrities also took to their official social media handles and penned sweet birthday notes for King Khan. Amongst many, it was Rajkummar Rao’s birthday post for SRK that won many hearts. The White Tiger actor found a unique way to wish Shah Rukh Khan as he dug out an old boomerang video in which the duo could be seen shaking a leg on the stage. More so, Rajkummar Rao revealed that he danced to the tunes of SRK’s songs in school and also stood outside Mannat, Shah Rukh Khan’s house, for hours.

Sharing the amazing clip, Rajkummar Rao wrote, “Happy birthday sir. From dancing on ur songs in all my school functions to standing outside ur house for hours & to sharing the stage with u & having such wonderful conversations wid u. It’s always such an honour. I love u a lot & will always pray for ur good health & happiness.” In no time, the video went viral on social media. Filmmaker Anubhav Sinha wrote, “Paisa wasool”. Fans in huge numbers rushed to drop comments on the post. Speaking about Shah Rukh Khan’s charisma, a user on Instagram wrote, “Srk is an inspiration, a legend and one of the most charming and witty people in Bollywood. He has an unusual charm about him which attract masses and classes alike. So good to see both of you have achieved success in Bollywood.”

Like every year, even this year, Shah Rukh Khan shared a special message for his fans on his birthday. This year, due to the pandemic, there was no crowd outside SRK’s house in Bandra. In the video, the actor thanked his fans for all the love. He said, “Hi everybody, this is to thank you for all the wonderful wishes I have been getting on social media. How much love you guys are spreading.” He then went on to thank his fan clubs and added that he may have forgotten some names too. “Because you can’t be a lover boy like me without spreading love. So thank you all for spreading the love from far, from near, whatever resources you have,” mentioned Shah Rukh Khan in his video. He also promised fans that next year, everyone shall get together on his big day.
On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan was last seen in Zero, opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The film opened to decent numbers at the box-office. More so, SRK’s Red Chillies Entertainment along with Drishyam Films is all set to present a new movie, Love Hostel, which stars Vikrant, Sanya and Bobby in lead roles.
