The Bollywood film Ram Setu, starring Akshay Kumar, Nushratt Bharuccha, and Jacqueline Fernandez, has swept the world by storm. The film has made headlines for a variety of reasons, the most significant of which being that several members of the crew, including Akshay Kumar, tested positive for COVID-19 during the first leg of production. The actors have also been sharing photos and videos from the set, where they’ve had some hilarious and unforgettable experiences. The pictures drew a lot of attention from the public and caused a stir on the internet when they went viral.
The Ooty program for the squad was recently concluded. They were going to shoot substantial portions of the film in Sri Lanka, according to reports. However, a source from the production recently revealed that the crew has decided to film in Daman rather than Sri Lanka due to licensing issues. The talk on the streets is that the entire crew was ecstatic to shoot plot elements in Sri Lanka, including the film’s conclusion. However, due to the epidemic and quarantine procedures, travel became difficult.
In Ram Setu, Akshay portrays an archaeologist. The plot revolves around the fabled origins of the undersea bridge that connects Sri Lanka and India. After crew members tested positive for the deadly Coronavirus during Diwali last year, the shooting of Ram Setu was halted. Jacqueline and Akshay filmed a song and also other important aspects of the Ooty set.
According to speculations, Akshay Kumar will play a role in Ram Setu that he has never played before. He’ll be seen doing a lot of volatility in the water, as well as many deep-diving moments. This film is directed by Abhishek Sharma, who previously directed Tere Bin Laden and Parmanu.
