Amid the modern age of television, good horror shows have become a rare sight. Thus, the showrunners resort to the reboot/sequels of the hit horror sagas. And even the fans are appreciating the revamped versions of their most-loved horror shows. In a similar instance, Zee Marathi’s Ratris Khel Chale has made a return with an interesting threequel. The first two seasons of the show were a colossal hit and the third season is following the same lead.
Ratris Khel Chale 3 follows the story of the Naik clan dealing with the familial disputes after Anna Naik’s death. With some new characters and interesting plotlines, the threequel has proved to be a great continuation. And as the episodic saga is pacing ahead, past secrets and revelations have resurfaced over the plot. While this has got the fans excited, they are also wondering if the threequel will bring to light some interesting characters from the first and second seasons.
So, here’s taking a look at 5 character comebacks fans are eagerly rooting for.
Neelima
As seen in the first season, Neelima was the mastermind behind all the mysterious happenings at the Naik wada. This unexpected revelation made for an epic climax in the first season of Ratris Khel Chale. For usurping the ancestral property of the Naiks, Neelima weaved this master plan. However, she ended up getting caught red-handed.
After her arrest, Madhav was traumatized while their son Archis ended up taking his own life. And Madhav’s unstable mental health has led the Naiks to restrict him from his share in the wada. So, this might be an apt time for Neelima’s comeback as it would make for an interesting watch ahead.
Inspector Vishwas
Abhiram’s best friend and police officer Vishwas was one of the most interesting characters of the first season. After terrible happenings and a series of deaths in the wada, Abhiram sought help from Vishwas. And thus began the unfolding of a great mystery. Vishwas’ charming personality was an add-on to his well-written character. From using clever tactics to weaving noteworthy plans, Vishwas knew how to deal with the criminals.
Similarly, in the threequel, the Naiks are experiencing some mysterious happenings amid the wada. Yet again, Abhiram can seek help from Vishwas and that would be a great character comeback.
Ganesh
Following his superstitious beliefs, Ganesh ran away from the Naik house. For those unaware, he is the son of Datta and Sarita. Also, after Archis’ death, Ganesh is the only successor to the Naiks. There’s a possibility that he might return to the village amid the chaos in the wada. And that would be another interesting twist fans are eagerly rooting for.
Getting aware of his sister Purva’s problematic marriage, Ganesh can be seen turning a saviour for her. So, Ganesh’s return might make for a notable narrative shift.
Devika
After his failed marriage with Devika, Abhiram tied the knot with his colleague Kaveri. On the other hand, Devika returned to the village and is staying at her parents’ house. Getting aware of Abhiram’s return and all the chaos in the wada, Devika might enter the wada again. She can create more troubles for the Naiks whilst demanding her share. Well, this can bring in ample drama in the threequel and fans would definitely love it.
Natha
Just like Pandu, Natha was the loyal caretaker of the Naiks. He looked after the working of the household while also keeping off the secrets of the family head, be it Anna Naik or Datta. However, after the decline of the prosperous Naik family even Natha had to leave the village. He has kept off many secrets for his masters and remains to be one of the vital characters on the show. Natha’s return would give the story another twisted turn.
