Reality show platforms have given a headstart to the careers of many aspiring singers. They help the lesser privileged come forth and showcase the talent that they have been gifted with. Zee Marathi’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is one such show that has brought forth gifted artists from all nooks and corners of Maharashtra. Ahead of the celebration of the show completing 25 years, let us have a look at the contestants who made it to the top and how they have fared so far.

Vishwajeet Borwankar was the winner of Zee Marathi’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in the year 2012. He went on to win awards for his work after this big feat. He also participated in Maharashtra Cha Gaurav and has performed at many noted celebrations within the state. Vishwajeet has also sung many jingles like Tere Jaisa Yaar Kahan for advertisements. He is currently running his singing classes at Malad.

Zee Marathi’s latest venture Sa Re Ga Ma Pa – Ghe Panga, Kar Danga’s winner Nachiket Lele is an engineering graduate in aeronautics. In his music career, the 23-year-old has won many awards including Sangeet Matsyagandha, Akashwani Graded Artist, etc. The singer is currently accepting offers and experimenting with music.

One of the top three contestants from Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, the singer went home with an amount of Rs. 3 lakh and obviously, a lot of fame. Currently he is exploring the world with his wife. He is also doing stage shows and attending concerts.

Remember the boy from the village of Yavatmal? Time has truly passed as Ujjwal looks as chic as any other celebrity now. The singer has completely taken over the music industry now and is featuring in every other song!

Surprising isn’t it? Prasad Oak was the winner of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Marathi edition 2007. He went on to become a big name and featured in Marathi films as well as sang for some noted Bollywood celebrities and films.

Sa Re Ga Ma Pa celebrity version that aired in 2009 saw many stars participating and Amruta Subhash, Prashant Damle were few of them. Prashant emerged as the winner and took the coveted trophy home!
