Salman Khan Is Back On Film Sets, Resumes Shooting For ‘Antim: The Final Truth’

Superstar Salman Khan is back on the sets of Antim. Reportedly, the actor is shooting for a four-day schedule in Mumbai.

As the lockdown restrictions have been uplifted, the working of the film industry is coming back to life. While many projects are on with their pre-production work, a few others have resumed shooting following Covid-19 norms. And Aayush Sharma starrer ‘Antim: The Final Truth’ is the latest entrant in the list. As of now, Salman Khan is back on the Mumbai sets and has begun shooting his part for the film. For those unaware, Salman will play a cameo in Antim. 

According to the latest reports, Salman Khan has resumed the shoot of Antim from yesterday. It will be a four-day schedule and the makers have planned to shoot patchwork this week. As per the schedule, the first two days of the shoot will take place at the Kamalistan studios. Furthermore, the makers have planned to shift the base to a bungalow in Byculla where the rest of Salman’s portions will be shot. 

Salman, who is quite personally invested in this project wants to make sure his part of the film is shot and the makers can move ahead. On the other hand, Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma who plays the lead in the film is yet to begin his shoot schedule. The film Antim has been in buzz ever since it was announced.

For those unversed, Antim is an official remake of the Marathi blockbuster Mulshi Pattern. Director Mahesh Manjrekar who helmed the original film has come on board for the Hindi version as well. In December 2020, the makers shared the first teaser of the film, making Salman fans go gaga over it. The short teaser showed Salman and Aayush coming face-to-face for an intense fight sequence.

In Antim, Salman will be essaying the role of a police officer while Aayush will step into the shoes of a boy-next-door who enters the world of crime.
