Salman Khan’s Application Against Panvel Neighbour In Defamation Suits Gets Reject – Deets Inside

Salman Khan is a talented and hard working actor in the Bollywood industry who loves to invest in lands and apartments. The actor is having many plots, bungalows, and apartments in his name. The one which makes the headlines is the bungalow and barren land of Salman Khan in Panvel. However, on January 14, the Mumbai City Civil Court has denied passing interim order in favour of Bollywood actor Salman Khan in the case.

For an unversed, Salman Khan has charged a Panvel neighbour for apparent defamation. The actor has filed a defamation suit against Ketan Kakkad, who holds a plot of land near Salman’s farmhouse in Panvel near Mumbai. In his suit, the actor mentioned that Ketan defamed him during an interview with a YouTube channel.

However, Judge Anil H Laddhad enforced Ketan Kakkad to signify his reply and posted the matter for a further hearing that is to be held on January 21, 2022. The lawyers from DSK Legal which represents Salman Khan pursued an interim request restraining Ketan Kakkad from creating any additional slanderous comments during the ongoing suit.

Further, during the current hearing in the court, Kakkad’s advocates Abha Singh and Aditya Pratap resisted the plea. While doing so they affirmed that they received case papers only on Thursday, January 13, 2022, evening and they could not go through the whole case.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Salman Khan has a number of films lined up in his kitty. The actor will be seen in Tiger 3 alongside Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif. The two have shot for the International shoot schedules before the actresses wedding. The other films in his kitty are Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. In the film, he will be co-starring with the south diva Pooja Hegde. Salman Khan also has a sequel of the film Kick along with Jacqueline Fernandez in the pipeline.
