Samantha Akkineni Celebrates Christmas By ‘Giving The Light Of Love’ To Young Children

Actor Samantha Akkineni is a force to be reckoned with. While her films are entertaining, her journey is commendable. From films where she was just another face on the screen, to leading a movie single-handedly, this lady has come a long way. When success and fame tagged along Sam’s every step, she decided to turn towards something that’s greater than herself. In an earlier interview, the actor mentioned the reason behind this initiative. She spoke about how her earnings were more than enough for her. Instead of spending it all away, she decided to put her money to good use and that’s how Pratyusha Organisation came into being. 

The actor set up this charitable organisation in 2014. Since its inception, the organisation has been focused on helping the underprivileged and helping women and children with medical support. This on-screen heroine has turned into a real-life hero with her goodwill efforts to make all their wishes come true. This Christmas, she brought many dreams to life by spending the evening with her special people. Samantha shared a couple of pictures from the Christmas celebration on her Instagram handle. “Christmas is most truly Christmas when we celebrate it by giving the light of love to those who need it the most. Count your blessings and be grateful for them. Well, we’re sure her gestures of kindness will continue to inspire many youngsters, every day. In another picture, Samantha tries her hand at pottery and lets her goofy side out, as she captions the picture, “Me, at a kids party. Still trying to adult”.
