In the previous episode, Kathir offers prayers for his wife Soumya’s speedy recovery. Anita bribes a woman to disturb Kathir’s prayers and to suggest him (Kathir) to break open the coconut by smashing it on his skull. While Kathir does the ritual, which could turn fatal but Prabhu stops him and advises him to not be so superstitious. Later, Sathya too advises Kathir to focus on his exams and assures him that she will find a way to make him meet Soumya. In the promo, the doctor attends Soumya at the hospital. As the doctor is in a mask, Sadashivam mistakes him for Kathir. Sadashivam, who thinks Kathir has entered her daughter’s ward in a doctor’s uniform, hits him with metal on his (doctor) head.
