In the previous episode, the employees cheer Akhila for giving them permission to throw a party. However, their joy is short-lived as Nandini’s planted associates start complaining about the marketing team taking the lead on the whole affair. The said subject turns into a big argument and the company employees go on a strike. Subramanian blames his daughter Parvathy for the incident, and states that she should never have stood for the elections. However, an unfazed Adithya encourages her and tells her that she should find a solution to the conundrum. Nandini is happy with how the events have turned out. Parvathy learns of Nandini’s involvement in the incident and challenges to extricate the company out of the issue at hand. She then offers to speak to the employees and put an end to the issue.
