Shah Rukh Khan’s Son Aryan Khan And 7 Others Sent To Judicial Custody For 14 Days; Interim Bail Plea Hearing On Oct 8

Here’s the latest update on Aryan Khan’s drugs case! Shah Rukh Khan’s son along with 7 others, who were in NCB’s custody, was produced at Esplanade Court, this evening for the bail hearing. Now Mumbai court in its verdict has sent Aryan Khan, Arbaz Seth Merchantt, Munmun Dhamecha and 5 others the judicial custody for 14 days. As per the latest reports, Aryan Khan’s interim bail plea hearing will be heard tomorrow.

A leading news agency tweeted about the same and revealed that the case will now be heard by a special NDPS court. On October 2 night, NCB nabbed all 8 accused after they raided a rave party on a cruise. During the latest hearing, Aryan Khan’s lawyer and Senior counsellor Satish Maneshinde told the court that NCB can’t hold Aryan hostage till they find the main accused. He also revealed to the court that Aryan has not been interrogated since October 4. Not only that Satish Maneshinde also told the court that he’s moving bail plea application. In the court, ASG and Maneshinde were seen arguing over the interim bail plea. Meanwhile, NCB has taken Aryan Khan to their office as authorities do not accept the accused in absence of the Covid-19 report after 7 pm.

Meanwhile, this afternoon Hrithik Roshan took to his social media account penned a long note in support of Aryan Khan. In his open letter, he advised Jr. Khan to keep calm as these things will make him strong. Before Hrithik, his ex-wife Sussanne Khan, Suniel Shetty, Pooja Bhatt, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi among others lent their voice of support for Aryan Khan.

Aryan Khan along with 7 others has been in NCB custody since Oct 2, night. Meanwhile, the latest reports also suggested that Aryan and 2 others’ WhatsApp chats showed international drug trafficking. NCB also claimed that Aryan Khan discussed modes of payment for the procurement of drugs. Aryan also used several code names to buy the banned substance. additional solicitor general Anil Singh revealed, “Shocking and incriminating material recovered in WhatsApp chats of the accused shows international drug trafficking.”
