Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was last designated a qaidi number N956 after being shifted to the barracks at Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. After being in NCB custody, Aryan was then brought into police custody.
Amit Desai who is defending Aryan Khan said the NCB’s raid started when he had not even checked into the cruise and that he had neither used drugs nor any trail of drugs was found on him. The defense team has denied every allegation saying that the boy was not even on the ship. He has no cash on him to buy the drugs either.

Along with Aryan, seven other accused including two women arrested by NCB underwent the counseling session. During the counseling by the officials including the zonal Director Sameer Wankhede, Aryan Khan promised that he will indulge into perform social services for the upliftment of the poor and underprivileged and will not do anything that ould bring him any wrong publicity in any sense.
He says that he wants to do something that would make everybody proud of him.
For the inexperienced, Aryan Khan, the eldest son of Shah Rukh Khan with at least 10 other people, was discovered to be part of NCB’s first raid on Cordelia Cruises, reports speculate that the cruise ship was preparing to lift and voyage to Goa for a super fun two-night stay at the former destination while having 1,300 well-off passengers on board.

A special court for Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act cases would pass the order on Aryan’s bail plea on October 20.
