The flag-bearer of Yoga in India, Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty has actively endorsed it through her social media handle. From sharing tips to newbies to giving a peek into her modified yoga asanas, her social media feed is a treasure for any fitness enthusiast. And, if you are looking for easy yoga asanas that benefit lower back and make your body flexible, here are three simple routines of Shilpa Shetty, which can give you the best results.

In the first bit of the above video, Shilpa Shetty practices Naukasana. Interestingly, as per her post, this asana is the best way to beat the stress. Meanwhile, talking about its benefits, it helps strengthen the core and hip flexors. And, it also strengthens and improves flexibility in the hip joints and legs. Shilpa has informed that this asana stimulates abdominal organs and improves digestion while improving the steadiness of the body.

In the second bit of the video, the Dhadkan actor performs Eka pada Kapotasana, which helps to stretch and flex your muscles. The variation stretches the thighs, hamstrings, groin, abdomen, chest, shoulders, and neck. It also helps the mind and body relieve stress and anxiety allowing us to think and function in a better manner.

The next bit in Shilpa’s Yoga menu is Dynamic Suryanamskar. Shilpa’s variation of Suryanamaskar is like a full-body workout, strengthening, toning and stretching the body and imagination. The variation includes asanas such as Hasta Uttanasana, Padahastasana, Ashwa Sanchalanasana, Ashtanga Namaskarasana, Bhujangasana and Parvatasana, among many others.

In the last bit of the above video, we can see the 45-year-old actor illustrating Virabhadrasana. It is said that this asana is performed to improve focus, balance and stability. On the other hand, it also encourages good circulation and respiration as a result of which it energizes the entire body. The actor performed it four times to give a brief look into how to do it.
