Sonu Nigam Has A Stern Message For Everyone Trolling His Son

On November 18, 2020, Sonu Nigam took to Instagram and posted a video confronting all the media houses that troll him and his son. According to the singer, he and his son were getting trolled for a comment that he made which said that he would not force his son to be a singer.

He started the video by telling everyone that he was in the Himalayas and hoping everyone was fine. He then went on to say that he had woken up to an article that said that the singer does not want his son to be a singer in this country. According to him, the news portals also mentioned those trolling his son. Sonu then added that the video was dedicated to these trolls.

Sonu Nigam asked the editor of Tribune how he slept at night. “My son is a multi-talented boy and I shall allow him to do whatever he wants”, Nigam said adding to his remarks on the incident. He mentioned that his son does sing but it does not mean that he has to become a singer.

About the political standings of these media houses, the singer said: “All of you are so leftist that you also hate your own right hand. You think that whatever the right eye sees is false and only the left eye can see properly.” Adding to this, the singer said ” I am what you will never be, I am a true Indian. I am a centred person. This is what you should have also been as a journalist”

He said that people should appreciate the fact that he is not promoting nepotism and letting his son do what he wants, unlike others. He later reminded the trollers that he is not who they think he is, as his world is very diversified and spread out.  According to him, they should remember this before trolling him. Before he could sign off, he also warned News 18 Lokmat.
