Sooryavanshi: Rohit Shetty’s Phir Hera Pheri Twist On A Picture With Akshay Kumar Is Too Hard To Miss

Rohit Shetty’s new addition to the cop drama universe is the upcoming film Sooryavanshi which is all set to release on November 5 in the theatres. The team is currently promoting the film on all popular TV shows such as The Big Picture, Bigg Boss, and even the World Cup.

The director recently posted a new photograph on his social media and gave it a twist of the classic film Phir Hera Pheri.

The actor-director duo can be seen laughing while they are at Kapil Sharma’s show. Akshay can be seen resting his head on Rohit’s lap. Sharing the picture with his fans, Rohit wrote, “Picture dekhne ke baad When Raju knows that SACH MEIN 25 DIN MEIN PAISA DOUBLE hone wala hai. Only if you’re a true fan of the original movie you’ll exactly know what the joke is. This surely made us laugh our hearts out.

Before this, even Katrina Kaif had shared a video on her social media saying to just look at the excitement of the boys for our first-day promotions together. She tagged Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty along with the video.

To this, Akshay had replied, “Waiting for #Sooryavanshi for a year and a half now, a few moments of peace toh banta hai nah! But pranksters like you want trouble. No worries, #AaRahiHaiPolice

Sooryavanshi’ also stars Ajay Devgn and Ranveer Singh in special appearances. The trailer was released earlier and it left all the fans quite excited.

The Rohit Shetty directorial was supposed to release last year, but it got postponed because of the pandemic. The wait was worth it.
