Sooryavanshi: THIS Is How Much Director Rohit Shetty Paid To Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Ranveer Singh And Ajay Devgn For His Cop Dramedy Film

Sooryavanshi is helmed by Rohit Shetty. B-Town’s most adored director who loves to include action-thumping scenes in his flicks. However, this time the filmmaker decided to bring on board some of the biggest and the brightest stars namely the Khiladi of the tinsel town, Akshay Kumar. The epitome of energy, Ranveer Singh. The ever-gorgeous and breathtakingly beautiful Katrina Kaif and the daring actor of B-Town, Ajay Devgn.

The posters and songs of the film have been causing a huge buzz around the audiences and the box-office collections which is estimated to be around Rs. 239.65 crore in a week, reportedly has proved the mettle of the film. However, not many many know how much fees did the star-studded cast charge for the film.

The man who does most of his stunts by himself AKA, Akshay Kumar plays the role of DCP Veer Surya in the film. The versatility of Akshay Kumar in the B-Town is not unknown. Reportedly the actor charged around Rs. 25 crore for the film. The actor has proved his acting chops yet again in this one leaving his fans’ heart skip a beat every time he walks in that police uniform in the film, Sooryavanshi.

The leading lady of Sooryavanshi, Katrina Kaif’s mesmerizing and beyond perfect dance moves have taken the Internet by storm after the latest track from the film, Tip Tip Barsa Pani was released last week. The video is now viral and Katrina Kaif’s recreated dance moves, silver saree and sexy dance moves in the rain have made us fall head over heels for her. However, the actress charged Rs. 10 crore for the film, Sooryavanshi.

Actor, Ajay Devgn who has started the franchise of the film right from Singham. Reportedly, Ajay Devgn shares a family lime bond with director Rohit Shetty and he is seen playing a cameo in the film. Reportedly, Ajay Devgn did not charge any money for his role.

Ranveer Singh had continued the franchise after Ajay Devgn with his film Simmba and reportedly, the Ram Leela actor did not charge any money for his role too.

Rohit Shetty charged Rs. 20 crore for directing the film. He has taken things to another level as his film is receiving rave reviews from one and all. Actor Jackie who plays the role of Omar Hafeez, Lashkar Chief in the film has reportedly charged Rs 1 crore for the movie. Actor Jaaved Jaaferi plays the role of IG Kabir Shroff IPS in the film. He has reportedly charged Rs 50 lakhs for his role. Actor Gulshan Grover plays the role of a villain in the film and has reportedly charged Rs 60 lakhs for his role.

Sooryavanshi is being appreciated by and all and it is all set to break all the box-office records. The film was released on November 5 in theatres.
