1) When she speaks of her love for sarees!

Being vocal about her love for Sarees, Meghana Lokesh, who plays Nithya and Manga on the show Kalyana Vaibhogam captioned the post as “When in doubt, wear a saree!” She nails the saree every single time proving that we should be more grateful to this beautiful outfit that we have, thanks to our culture.

We love how much the actress advocates for Sarees and how she thinks that it is 6 yards of absolute beauty. She rightfully captioned the post ” Life isn’t perfect but my saree draping can be !!” and we couldn’t have agreed more! Take cues from her to nail your traditional looks always.

2) When she spreads cheer by being herself!

The actress is all about self-love and we have no complaints about it. She shared a gorgeous photo of herself and wrote, ” Nothing can dim the light that shines from within.” This, we think, is absolutely perfect for Christmas. After all, no light is better that the one that comes from within!

3) An ardent Rumi lover

For another post, she borrowed the caption from Rumi and wrote, “There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen.” We now understand why she is always filled with positivity! On various occasions, she’s been known to quote Rumi and other philosophical poets proving to us that she is well-read and is a more philosophical person that we think she is.

4) An advocate of body positivity

She is vocal about issues like body positivity and she loves talking to her followers about it. On one such occasion, she shared a photo of herself and wrote, “Yes, I have a curvy body and I don’t hate it anymore. I accept my body as it is! I meet a lot of people who comment about my body type and say it’s one of my drawbacks. It has affected me all these years and made me feel extremely bad about my body type, but their comments will not draw me back anymore! I can’t control people’s comments, but I can control my ‘self-talk’ & my thoughts. I’m working continuously on my health, my fitness and eating habits. That’s all that matters! ‘BODY SHAMING’ is not okay.,” We can’t agree more!
