#SpreadTheCheer: Looking back at some of the most joyful moments from Krishnakoli

The largely popular drama television series, Krishnakoli, stars Neel Bhattacharya as Nikhil and Tiyasha Roy as Shyama in lead roles along with several others in other pivotal roles. The show, which has been a massive success among its audience for over 2 years now, has given us countless beautiful memories to look back at. So, with the upcoming season of sheer joy and happiness, we wanted to revisit some of our favourite moments from the show.

Not too long ago, when Krishna received a call from the competition committee that she was selected for auditions, the young-adult was elated at the opportunity to finally be able to go to the city of Kolkata to pursue her passion for singing as a career. Isn’t it so fulfilling to witness someone’s dreams coming true?

Recently when Kanchan and a few other boys targeted Krishna and began humiliating Krishna at the ghat, Nikhil witnessed it happen and interfered into the matter. He stopped them from misbehaving with her and fought them off. This marked the first meeting of Krishna and Nikhil. The latter’s kindness and protectiveness melted Krishna’s heart as she was relieved. So were we!

Later, when the entire Choudhury family arrived at the temple in Benares to hear Krishna’s performance, they were mesmerised by her talent and melodiousness. They lovingly bonded with her over her beautiful voice and devotion without even knowing that they were meeting their own blood, Krishna, for the first time. Well, that’s the beauty of life. We really hope it gets happier and they find out who Krishna is.

Before the 18-year leap on the show, Shyama had gone missing for a while. Nikhil tried his best to look for her and took Maam’s help in the process too. Eventually, he struck gold as he finally heard her sing at the concert. Although it was a serious event where Shyama finally exposed Ashok, it was a moment of huge relief for Nikhil to have found his beloved wife. It filled our hearts!

After being strangled by Ashok, Arun had been considered dead for a while. But after a while, the doctor appeared with a piece of good news for the Choudhury family. He announced that a miracle had taken place and that Arun’s heart had started beating again. This was a huge moment of joy for everyone in the Choudhury family and it restored their faith in God again.
