The CBI team has reportedly approached the AIIMS for assistance with Sushant Singh Rajput’s case.

Although the post-mortem report of Sushant Singh Rajput clearly stated it as death by suicide, many discrepancies are being found in the report. Following this, now the CBI is considering a psychological autopsy of the late actor. According to a report in a news portal, Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) will carry out the process. It will basically mean the post-mortem of Rajput’s mind. It reportedly involves a detailed analysis of every aspect of Rajput’s life.

These aspects notably include his interactions with family and friends, behavioural patterns, mood swings, social media posts, and so on. The report also added that the report will frame a picture of his mental state days before his demise. Elaborating more, it further added that this kind of investigation method is very complex, has been used two times earlier in Sunanda Pushkar’s case and Delhi’s Burari mass suicide case two years ago.
