According to the reports, Regal Mahakal will be interrogated further to find out the names of other Bollywood celebrities to whom he supplied drugs. In the two days of his remand, he will also be interrogated regarding other people who are involved in this drug network.

Speaking on Mahakal’s arrest, Former Assistant Commissioner of Police (A.C.P) of Mumbai, Shamsher Khan Pathan said that this drug racket should definitely be exposed and even the ‘higher-ups’ who import and export drugs internationally should be exposed. He also mentioned that it is important to find out those government officials who have a connection to this drug racket as well.

He also said that those who have been arrested in connection to the drug case so far should be thoroughly investigated in order to find out who is running this entire racket and which government officials and police officers are involved with this drug case.

According to ANI,  Esplanade Court in Mumbai had sent Regel Mahakal to a two-day Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) custody on Wednesday in connection with a drug case related to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput following which he was arrested for absconding on the same day.

According to the reports, The NCB, which is probing the drug angle in Sushant’s death case, started the investigation after it received official communication from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) which had several chats related to drug consumption, procurement, usage, and transportation. On July 31, The ED registered a case information report in the actor’s death case after an FIR was filed by his father K K Singh against Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar on July 28.
