1. Drink boiled water

The actress who used to play the role of Soyarabai in Swarajyarakshak Sambhaji is a fitness enthusiast. Even though she’s at home currently due to the lockdown, Snehlata has made sure that she stays in shape. The actress also believes in following precautionary measures that help her keep fit along with her workouts. She recently uploaded a post and shared the importance of having boiled water during monsoon. Since most of the diseases associated with the season are water-borne, it is essential that we make it a habit to drink water that is boiled.

2. Eat homecooked food

There is also a transmission of diseases through uncooked and unhygienic food. Hence, to avoid the risk of getting infected, you need to start eating homecooked food like Apurva Nemlekar aka Ratris Khel Chale 2’s Shevanta. The light-eyed beauty is currently enjoying her time at home where she likes to experiment with cooking. Be it trying out lip-smacking recipes or tasty desserts, the actress is doing it all. Isn’t it better to cook items like pani puri, pizza, and vada pav at home instead of having them at a roadside stall where there are high chances of you getting sick?

3. Exercise regularly

Third on our list of simple health tips is exercising regularly. Ashutosh Patki, the actor who plays Soham in Agga Bai Sasubai, is a fitness freak and is the right person to get inspired from. The actor has been strictly following a daily workout routine. Even if Ashutosh is away for shoots, he likes to take time out for himself later during the day to exercise. Now that monsoon has entered our lives, we need to boost our immunity by exercising and keeping ourselves fit just like the handsome hunk. What say?

4. Have neem juice

Having a glass of neem juice is said to be a natural remedy to prevent as well as cure diseases that spread during monsoon. Neem has medicinal properties that can benefit our bodies. Even though it tastes bitter, Amruta Dhongade aka Mrs Mukhyamantri’s Summi gave it a try along with her sister. They drank the glass of neem juice in one go, giving us all the much-needed motivation to have some. Trust us when we say this, you won’t regret having it as you’ll experience the benefits almost immediately.
