The ‘Ek Jhoothi Love Story’ trailer is all about online love and lavish dreams #LoveKeTnC

Directed by Mehreen Jabbar, Zee5 Originals’ Ek Jhoothi Love Story will be releasing on 30 October 2020. The show Ek Jhoothi Love Story stars Bilal Abbas Khan, Madhima Imam, Kiran Haq and Hina Bayat in the lead roles. The story of Ek Jhoothi Love Story revolves around youngsters named Sohail and Salma, who are in search of a perfect life partner. This search for a perfect life partner makes them go the wrong way.

The trailer of the web series gives a glimpse of how these ordinary people from two families dream of extraordinary lives. Madhima Imam plays the character of a young girl who makes a fake id online, by the name of Natalia. She ends up becoming friends with a classy man, played by Bilal Abbas Khan, who belongs to a simple family but makes a fake profile to be friends with Natalia. Soon they end up meeting each other, regardless of each other’s fake identities. Their cute banter and little arguments lead to a beautiful relationship.

Set in Pakistan, the series also follows some other pivotal characters on the show and how the events of matchmaking add spice to their lives., like the mother who desperately wants to marry off her daughters and looks for rich sons-in-law.  The upcoming web series was shot in Karachi and is a light-hearted family drama with compelling quirky characters that will warm your heart. It’s a fascinating exploration of different kinds of relationships and the path they cave along the way.

The Ek Jhoothi Love Story trailer might resonate with the generation that aspires to settle for nothing less and looks around for an ideal partner with a perfect life.
