Hardeek has become a household name thanks to his character, Rana, who has been a part of all the intense drama in Tuzhat Jeev Rangala. The actor is paired opposite Akshaya Deodhar who plays the role of Anjali in the show. The show was at its peak before it halted post the announcement of lockdown a few months ago. Fortunately, the fans won’t have to wait anymore now that the shooting has begun again. The cast and crew are getting used to the change that is brought about by the new normal. Several actors including Hardeek were put in self-quarantine for 14 days before they could officially begin the shoot. Speaking about it, the actor said, “We all were at home for almost 90 days. I used to miss my fellow team members who have become family to me. So it feels great to be back. Everything seems so new and exciting. We are almost as excited as we were four years ago on the first day of the shoot.”
Along with the actors, the crew members are also embracing the change and following the safety measures on sets. Frequent sanitation, use of face masks and shields have become common while the team is working on the sets. Hardeek further went on to talk about how everyone is adapting to it. “Earlier we used to park our bikes and vehicles anywhere while coming on the sets. Now everything is being streamlined. We duly undergo thermal checks and stand in a queue with proper physical distancing. Masks are mandatory and we are allowed to remove it only when we are shooting our scene. The entire process is new yet it’s fun. Nothing is more important than safety at this point. I’m happy that we could finally resume shooting,” he said.
We hope that everything falls back into place and we get to watch the new episodes of Tuzhat Jeev Rangala soon.
