In preparation for his role in the new MCU film, Thor: Love and Thunder, Chris Hemsworth has revealed the secret to his muscular arms. One of the many things that Marvel Cinematic Universe has given us apart from the awe-inspiring action and storyline are fitness goals for all ages. From flexibility and agility in Spiderman actor Tom Holland to muscle in Thor actor Chris Hemsworth (with an exception to Avengers: Endgame, but we also loved Beer Bellied Thor, didn’t we?). You’ll be lying if you say that you haven’t wished for that kind of fitness for yourself!

The God of Thunder is known for being the most powerful Avenger and the god-like physique he has for the character. Recently, Thor has revealed his secret for the bulky arms that are one of the signatures of the character. On his Instagram account, the actor posted a video of his intense arm workout regime whose results are the arms we all love. It’s bad news for those who aspired for such massive guns, as the actor seems to be paying the price with agony for them. But it’s also inspiring us to hit the gym, isn’t it?

Thor: Love and Thunder are going to be the fourth installment in the Thor series and a new addition to phase four of Marvel Cinematic Universe. This movie will see the Golden Globe award Natalie Portman reprising her role as the on-off love interest of the Asgardian God of Thunder, and reportedly, she’s been hitting the gym to prepare for her role.

The movie will also feature critically acclaimed Christopher Nolan’s Batman series actor Christian Bale in the role of Gorr – The God Butcher, Tessa Thompson as Valkyrie, Jamie Alexander as Lady Sif, And Russel Crowe who is going to join the MCU as Zeus. The movie will release on 6 May 2022, as per the reports.
