Abir Chatterjee, the dynamic actor who has starred in the superhit film Asur, has been posting throwback photos from his trip to Amsterdam, Netherlands last year on his social media page. As we continue to live life on lockdown, these photos are the best way to vicariously visit foreign lands and be transported to a different world. We got them for you right here, so enjoy!

1. A Breath Of Fresh Air

Abir Chatterjee is posing on a street in Amsterdam in this photo. His smile tells us how delighted he is to be there, and he looks sharp in his navy blue jacket. We can even see a streetcar behind him, one of Netherland’s quaintest modes of public transport.

In this photo, we get a better view of the street in Amsterdam that Abir Chatterjee is in. It stretches for miles behind him, and is wonderfully clean and pretty. Lined with rows and rows of picturesque residential buildings, we can’t help but marvel at how well-maintained the roads in the city are.

Abir Chatterjee is spending some time at one of Amsterdam’s famous cafés. It seems to be a very sophisticated one, designed with grey brick walls and furnished with marble-top tables. A vase of bright yellow and violet flowers spruce it up, and the view from here is splendidly green. How we miss the days we could go and sit in a cafe!

It’s a beautiful day in this picture taken in Amsterdam, and Abir Chatterjee is soaking up the sun and enjoying nature’s lush greenery. He is posing in front of a gorgeous cottage with shuttered windows, and a manicured lawn with lots of multi-hued trees, and a stone table and bench outside. He has even had to take off his jacket because of how warm it is, and we love it!

Abir Chatterjee looks especially dashing in his blue jacket, jeans, and shades in this photo. The backdrop has a string of Netherlands’ trademark windmills amid green fields, which are merrily spinning away. Just see how happy he looks to be here! As he says, ”No I am not an avid traveller. But it’s my work that takes me to different places. Amsterdam was like a breath of fresh air…Specially before #DurgeshgorerGupotodhon and with the butterflies in stomach for the same…a much needed refreshing #trip. Wish it was a longer one.” We wish we could travel again too, but in the meantime, are extremely glad we have these pictures to tide us over!
