It has been a long time, we haven’t seen our Bollywood bombshell Mallika Sherawat on the big screen. The Murdur actress Mallika Sherawat is set to star in a trilingual film. V.C. Vadivudayan is set to direct her next film. This will be Mallika’s first Telugu production and the film will be produced simultaneously in Tamil and Hindi.
The story, titled ‘Nagamati,’ is described as an epic drama set in three time periods: 1900, 1947, and 1990. In Tamil, the film is titled ‘Pambattam.’ Mallika is also said to be appearing in this film in a never-before-seen avatar. Pottu, Veeramadevi, and Sowkarpettai are among the horror films directed by Vadivudiyan.
The directors of ‘Nagamati’ staged a ceremonial muhurat function in Mumbai recently to debut the film. The producers also stated that the regular shoot will begin shortly. The music for this film will be composed by Amrish, who has worked on films such as Charlie Chaplin 2 and Motta Siva Ketta Siva.
Mallika revealed in a press conference about her next film Nagamati, she hasn’t done a Tamil film since she worked with Kamal Haasan in ‘Dasavatharam. She is excited to be a part of ‘Nagamati,’ which is being made in Telugu as well. Nagamati is a horror-action film.
Mallika Sherawat, who made her film debut alongside Emraan Hashmi in ‘Murder,’ recently reflected on their conflicts. On Mandira Bedi’s show, the actress revealed that she had the funniest argument with Emraan during the film ‘Murder.’ According to her, they had a misunderstanding and didn’t speak to each other because of it. The actress now considers it to be quite childish. Mallika stated that they are no longer in contact, despite the fact that she now laughs about it. Emraan was a fantastic co-star in her opinion. He was not only pleasant, but also very giving.
Mallika will next be featured in the film ‘RK/RKAY.’ Rajat Kapoor is the film’s director. The film was recently released in the United States, but it has yet to be released in India. She also appears in the film ‘Nakaab,’ alongside Ankita Chakraborty and Esha Gupta.
