Be it someone’s idea, a mere thought, or a comment about me, I have always challenged it all and it has been my way. She further added, “It can’t be a man or his family to decide whether you’ll work or not after the marriage. I think it is your own right and decision. So, if you think you have no opportunities being a married woman, the first thing you need to do is stop thinking. A marriage, a possessive boyfriend, or anyone else cannot be a hindrance in your growth.”
Nia further opened up about the troll gang and how she deals with it. She said, “So, I have mostly been called out for my dressing sense. Be it ‘vulgar’ or other cheap comments but all of these have never stopped me or restricted me from doing anything. I know what my intentions are and dressing up is something that makes me happy.”
Concluding with a piece of advice, Nia said, “Just don’t stop for anyone and if somebody loves you, they’ll follow, they’ll be there but they’ll not hold you back. So #ChooseToChallenge.
On the work front, Nia’s recent release Jamai 2.0 is garnering rave reviews from the masses and critics.
