Throwback Thursday: if only Krish and Chaithra got THIS ending in Muddha Mandaram, we would have been happier!

Every Telugu household fondly remembers the five-year-long Zee Telugu serial, Muddha Mandaram. It also gave us some of the most memorable characters. Starting with Akhilandeswari (Haritha), we also had the beautiful love story of Deva and Parvathi (Pawan Sai and Thanuja Gowda). Following their legacy, we found ourselves rooting for Abhi and Soundarya, who also happen to be their reincarnates. All along, as we wished the best for Abhi and Soundarya, we also saw a new love story brewing between Krish and Chaithra (Sai Satya). Unfortunately, we didn’t get to see much of it.

The high-school romance

If we had to sum up Krish and Chaithra’s relationship, we would simply call it a high-school romance. They grew up with and because of each other. They went to the same school, so they knew each other quite well and their relatives helped them bond in every possible way. So while they started as friends, they gradually fell in love.

Silly fights

As we know, Krish is the wiser one amongst the two. We have seen a few fights between the two because Chaithra ended up falling in her own traps. It would have been a lot of fun to see an otherwise-arrogant Chaithra calm down the moment Krish got angry at her. Her illogical explanations made it cute too.

Chaithra’s possessiveness

Chaithra has always been the girl who does not enjoy sharing what is hers. Krish, on the other hand, believed in giving and helping others. This dynamic would have surely made Chaithra possessive of her man. That would have been be a sweet thing to see, don’t you think?

Krish’s compassion

As we mentioned, Krish is the kind of a man who most girls desire to have in their lives. He is charming, compassionate and smart. Seeing him handle Chaithra’s mood swings and arrogance with his charm is the most perfect quality she could hope for in her significant other.

A future together

Soundarya and Abhi got married secretly and had to struggle for their family’s acceptance. That wouldn’t have been the case for Krish and Chaithra since the two were loved by everyone in the family. We are left to our imagination to visualise how beautiful their marriage would have been.
