Telugu actor Siddharth was at the receiving end once again due to a case of mistaken identity when Twitterati started to mourn his death instead of late Bollywood actor Sidharth Shukla. Soon after the death of ‘Bigg Boss 13′ winner Sidharth Shukla due to a massive heart attack broke, a section of people on social media started to tagged and share the pictures of ‘Rang De Basanti’ star.
Expressing shock at this development, Siddharth shared a post that showed his picture with ‘RIPSidharth’ message and said, “Targetted hate and harassment. What have we been reduced to?” He further added, “This tweet and the replies. Nothing should surprise us these days I guess. I’m speechless.” This led to some sarcastic reactions from tweeple.
One of the replies to his post read, “Only God’s son reply after RIP (Targeted Harassment).” Another fan tweeted, “You are my favourite actor. You are also real human being. Your conscience is atleast awakened. You raise your voice against what is wrong. You have guts for that which rare in this world. I wish you a very and happy and log life . God bless you sir.”
This is not the first time that this ‘Bommarillu’ actor has become a victim of mistaken identity. Earlier, a Youtube channel included his name in the list of dead actors in South India. Siddharth is known for his boy next door tag in films like ‘Boys’, ‘Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana’ and ‘Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam’ among others. On the movie front, Siddharth is awaiting his latest Tollywood flick ‘Maha Samudram’. Directed by Ajay Bhupathi, the movie features Sharwanand, Aditi Rao Hydari, and Anu Emmanuel in other main leads. The love action entertainer is slated for a theatrical release on October 14, 2021.
