Unseen Video Of Actress Tabu Talking About Her Bollywood Debut Pehla Pehla Pyar

Bollywood’s evergreen beauty Tabu has been working in Indian cinema for more than 30 years now. The actress who began her career with the Telugu film, Coolie No. 1 made her Bollywood debut in the year 1994 with the film ‘Pehla Pehla Pyar’ followed by ‘Vijaypath’ which earned her a Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut. Although, Pehla Pehla Pyaar was technically Tabu’s first film in Bollywood, it was a flop at the box-office, unlike her second film Vijaypath. While talking about the kind of films she wants to do, a young Tabu could be heard saying, “I intend on doing all kinds of films. I want to be able to do every kind of film.” “I think it’s difficult and if you can do it, then I think that’s great,” added Tabu.

Tabu also spoke about how she is her biggest critic and how she is never satisfied with her work or even her picture. Talking about her Bollywood debut, Tabu said, “Pehla Pehla Pyaar was the best debut any heroine could get. It’s very difficult to get such a good film, role and an equally good launch.” While speaking about the film being a flop, the actress mentioned how she doesn’t think about a film being hit or flop while working on it. She also jokingly added that there’s no guarantee that her future films will be a hit either.

On the work front, Tabu was last seen in the Netflix series, A Suitable Boy, which received mixed reactions from the audience. The actress will be next seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 alongside Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani.
