Varun Dhawan-Natasha Dalal’s Wedding Guest List Doesn’t Feature Close Friend Pahlaj Nihalani On It!

Actor Varun Dhawan is all set to tie the knot this year with his long-term girlfriend, Natasha Dalal and preparations have already begun in full swing. The actor has invited a wide range of Bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Karan Johar, amongst others. However, according to various reports, producer Pahlaj Nihalani has not received an invite to the wedding even though he shared a close bond with the Dhawan family, a few years back. He has also worked with Varun’s father David Dhawan, on various Bollywood films, most of which were blockbusters at the box-office. Pahlaj Nihalani also released his statement on the issue and positively said that he is happy for Varun Dhawan and his new phase of life.

Actor Varun Dhawan is all set to get married to his girlfriend Natasha Dalal on January 24, 2021. According to the video attached above, producer Pahlaj Nihalani is amongst the few celebrities from the film industry, who were not invited for the wedding. In a recent interview with an entertainment portal, Pahlaj Nihalani revealed that he has not received an invite yet even though he shared a close bond with David Dhawan, back in the days. He also revealed that David Dhawan had not invited him for his elder son, Rohit Dhawan’s wedding as well.

Pahlaj Nihalani also added that he is not upset about not being invited anymore because he has learnt how the film industry and the relationships here, work. He stated that people are close until they work together and tend to drift away when they don’t share a professional bond. The producer also released a statement recently where he said that he is very happy for Varun Dhawan and is also hopeful that the actor will reach new heights. He also added that he would have happily attended the wedding if he had received an invite but is not planning on it now. Pahlaj Nihalani has also seen Varun Dhawan grow over the years and has been a constant rooter for his films.
