Vettai Season 1 Trailer: ZEE5’s Latest Crime Drama Based On Real-Life Cases Is Intense

The latest ZEE5 offer, Vettai is created by Anuratha Kanderaju and Abbas Akbar. The series was first telecast on the Singaporean Tamil language streaming service, Vasantham. Well, now this ‘police procedural drama’ will be made available to the ZEE5 audience as well. Yes, the season 1 of Vettai will now be streaming on your OTT platform – ZEE5. It stars Shabir, Sathish, Gunalan, Vikneswaran, Gayathiri Segaran, Rishi Kumar in pivotal roles.

The streaming platform will release one episode of Vettai each day. And fret not, if you haven’t subscribed to ZEE5 yet. As a special offer, solely with the purpose of keeping people entertained during the lockdown, ZEE5 is hosting these episodes for free.

The trailer video introduces us to the show’s characters – Vettai, Mugilan, Prakash, Nanda, Seelan and Radha, who work in a special task force at Singapore. This elite unit has been assembled to unravel unsolved cases related to the Indian immigrant community that the regular police force couldn’t crack. We see that Mugilan and his gang get a tip-off and they immediately head for the mission, risking their lives. Well, the trailer looks very promising and we can’t wait to watch this team of heroic people solving some mindblowing cases.
