The list released by a youtube channel called ‘The Richest’ places him with the likes of the Russian president Vladimir Putin and British adventure-reality show host Bear Grylls. This is because Vidyut’s ability to perform dangerous stunts impressively originates from his extensive training in the martial art called Kalaripayattu. 

This art originated as a way to conquer the ancient battlefield. It is a combination of weaponry and hand to hand combat that features some techniques of battel unique to India. Where most people are not even aware of such an art, Vidyut has attained expertise in it with his dedication and practice that he started at the age of three. His movies Commando, Commando 2 and Commando 3 on ZEE5 beautifully showcase the elements of this martial art in tandem with drama and intriguing storylines.
