This is another popular place where you can indulge in yoga and meditation, without compromising on the basic comforts of life. Towards every end of the day, there is an aarti on the banks of the river with music that people attend. A few more things to keep in mind while you are at the place is that accommodation is strictly for devotees and shouldn’t go beyond 15 days. Smoking, drinking, playing cards, watching TV or any other recreational activity is prohibited.

Yes, Delhi is not just known for its parties and food but let us tell you it also has a renowned meditation centre. This retreat has centres in more than 100 countries, Delhi has the national centre. Here you can learn different meditation techniques which can calm your mind. They have two-hour sessions for five days a week.
