What Was Karan Johar-Kartik Aaryan’s Big Disagreement All About? Read Deets Inside!

Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan seem to be going through a big disagreement which could lead to a potential fallout between the two. It all started as the duo decided to make their first-ever collaboration with the movie Dostana 2. Apparently, Kartik signed up for the role after a number of heroes including the likes of Shahid Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, Diljit Dosanjh and a few others turned down the offer by Karan Johar. However, Kartik has had a fallout with Karan Johar.

Karan Johar had originally offered the role to multiple actors, who turned down the offer citing Jhanvi Kapoor’s role in the movie as the reason. None of the actors wanted to play brother to Janhvi Kapoor’s character, however, Kartik Aaryan picked up the role. The actor who desperately wanted to do a movie with Dharma Productions found the role as a perfect opportunity. All went well, and the movie completed its first schedule before the pandemic induced lockdown put a stall to the shoot.

Now, Karan Johar is believed to have had a disagreement with his actor as Kartik is has slowed down on the shoot of the movie due to unavailability of dates. Kartik is currently determined to wrap up the shoot of Ram Madhvani’s Dhamaka before giving dates to Karan and that has started to cause problems.

Aggravated by the actions, the production house gave Shashank Khaitan’s Yoddha to Shahid Kapoor, ignoring Kartik’s interest in the project. Even though Shahid is believed to have let go of the role, Kartik was left upset by the banner’s decision to not approach him for the project. Karan Johar has currently, decided to go forward with the shoot of Mr Lele featuring Vicky Kaushal and Janhvi Kapoor.

Kartik who is currently one of the hot properties of the industry is juggling between a bunch of projects in hand. The actor is also set to begin work on Bhool Bhulaiya 2 which also features Tabu in the main role.
