Why Kristen Stewart says she’s made only “Five Really Good Films”

In a recent interview with The Sunday Times, the Twilight actor said that out of 45 or 50 films, she probably did five truly outstanding ones.

But Kristen considers Clouds of Sils Maria and Personal Shopper, both directed by Olivier Assayas, to be her favourites. Kristen also claims that truly good films are “few and far between,” however she would not change a thing about her previous work.

She stated of her films that didn’t make the cut, That doesn’t mean she regrets the experience of making them.” She only wished she hadn’t said yes to a couple of films, and not because of the outcome, but because they weren’t enjoyable.

Kristen remained committed to the process even then. “The worst is when you’re in the middle of something and you know not only that it’s going to be a lousy movie, but that we’re all bracing for the end.”

When asked if she would share the names of the “poor movies,” the 31-year-old actress chose the high road and declined. Kristen, on the other hand, compared the experience to dating.
