World Tourism Day is celebrated every year on the 27th of September. But this year it has a special significance!

Travel makes us grow and helps us learn wisdom beyond our years. This quote provokes the thoughts of beautiful landscapes, mountainous terrains, and blue beaches in our minds! Mother nature and its wonderful gifts are given to us for exploring. But this year after a long time being caged inside the house, we all have elaborate plans mapped out inside our heads! And what better start to them than on the day of Tourism? Check out your favourite actresses’ plans and see if they are as good as yours!

Watch this travel song and reminisce about the good old days.

Amruta Khanvilkar’s plan for travel includes going with her family to exotic locations. She is going to welcome a baby niece soon and she plans on going to visit her sister. In addition to that Amruta revealed that her travel buddy is her mother and she loves traveling with her. She also went on to add that her mother is her soulmate and she is the one she feels comfortable with. Amruta’s favourite travel memory is, “When I took my parents to Switzerland and saw them playing in the snow. I have never seen them so happy!” Amruta’s favourite travel song is ‘Khwabon Ke Parindey‘ from Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. Also, her bucket list is full of beautiful places like Seychelles, Santorini, Ibiza and Iceland!

As for Prajakta, who is the host of the Zee Marathi and Living Foodz travel show Mast Maharashtra, she would love to travel the world with her better half! Prajakta doesn’t mind solo traveling until the ‘right’ person walks into her life. Prajakta loves exploring new places and adventures, she is a mountain person! Prajakta’s dream location is Mansarovar. Prajakta goes by the quote, “If traveling was made free of cost, you would never see me again!” Prajakta also loves witnessing new cultures and traditions and her favourite destination is Europe as it a very romantic getaway. For Prajakta, “My cellphone, comfortable clothes and sneakers and snacks are very important for travel!” She also believes that travelling makes one a ‘better person’ as it gives everyone a reality check!

#throwback #series . (tourist ज्या गोष्टी बघतात तिथेही आम्ही गेलोच😛) आम्ही रहायलाच army camp मध्ये होतो( mobiles off करून)🎯 . 1- Khradungala pass- One of the highest motors ke road. 2- Pangong lake- Situated between India, Tibet and China. 3- Turtuk – one of the gateways to Siachen glaciers. 4- Shyok river 5- Indian army’s post check (from where we saw Pakistan army’s post check, which was very close) . These are my favourite from the trip😍 . १० दिवस, १२ heroines,एकत्र प्रवास… Not less than big boss…🤪🎯 .

Kahe Diya Pardes actress Sayali Sanjeev loves the mountains as well! Her favourite destinations are Scotland and New Zealand. Her most cherished travel memory is, “When I went to Scotland last year, I did bungee jumping and it was a different experience altogether.” Sayali wants to travel the world with her parents and her close friends. She feels that traveling is essential because “Every place has it’s own story and connection with you. And the three most essential items for me are my phone, a book to read and comfy clothes!”
