4 Ways To Find Out What Your Dreams Can Mean Like Nayan In The Bangla Serial Trinayani
BollywoodWe got you all the ways that you too can analyse these useful messages from our subconscious, just like the lead character in this popular TV show.
In the latest Zee Bangla TV serial Trinayani, the protagonist Nayan (played by actor Shruti Das), has the gift of foresight and extra-sensory perception. Nayan can often predict the future and has flashbacks from the past because of this. One of the ways through which these revelatory visions appear, is in her dreams. Did you know that even we can analyse our dreams and see what they are trying to tell us with a few simple steps? In fact, dreams are messages from our subconscious which come to the surface when we sleep, and can hold some very useful meaning when we look deeper into them. Read on!
1. Document Your Dreams
It is only too common for the memory of our dreams to slip away quickly after we wake up! If you want to analyse your dreams, get into the habit of recording them first thing in the morning. Jot down what you remember on a piece of paper which you can keep by your bed, or on your phone, as soon as you wake up. The process gets so much simpler once you do this.
2. Recall How You Felt
Try to identify the emotions you felt when you had the dream. Did you feel amused, sad or angry? Whatever they are, make a note of it next to the record of your dreams. This will help you tap into your unconscious much more easily, and process what lies beneath the surface of your consciousness.
3. Identify Any Patterns
Are there certain elements or people or places that appear frequently in your dreams? These recurring patterns may be symbolic of a greater meaning that your brain is trying to convey, so it is quite useful to make a note of them so that you can process them. Nayan often dreams of certain characters who relay an important message, or of objects that give her clues of what to expect in her waking life.
4. Remember That You Are The Best Judge
Dream dictionaries may have popular appeal and some objects may indeed be universally symbolic. However, just because you saw a certain object in your dream, for example, a clock, does not mean that it can mean only what one piece of text says it does. Ultimately only you can tell what it represents for you. The context and your own experience are major factors when interpreting your dreams, so keep this in mind before you blindly trust any random source that tries to tell you what they stand for.
