Kids on TV shows are usually of two types, the first of which are the good kids who listen to their parents, and stand up for what is right, even if it goes against their wishes. The other type are the pampered rich kids, who are used to getting everything they demand for, and will do anything to get their way. This is a list of some such pampered and privileged kids on ZEE5 shows, who need someone to tell them that they are not the center of the world.

Rhea is probably the perfect example of a rich spoilt kid. In Kumkum Bhagya, she has the most loving father who she easily manipulates to get whatever she wants. In college too, she wants to be the center of everyone’s attention, and ends up bullying or belittling people who try to take the limelight. She is also deeply insecure about losing the people she loves, including her father Abhi, and boyfriend Ranbir, that she will try to physically harm anyone else who gets comfortable with them.

Shreya is the youngest sibling in a rich family, and clearly the most pampered too in the show Baarish. She falls in love with Aniket, a middle class man and wants to marry him, no matter what. Even though there are signs that the marriage will not work out, she convinces everyone to let her marry him. When they get married, she is shocked to find out how much she will have to adjust her lifestyle to be with his family. This ends up ruining her marriage eventually.

Vyoma from Hum Tum And Them, is the most pampered and the most manipulative child. She, and her two brothers, meet their father, Yudi, who has mostly been absent from their lives, and while one of her brothers behaves coldly towards Yudi, the other one immediately accepts him. Vyoma manages to guilt trip Yudi into getting her way, because he was not in her life for so many years. However, this attitude lands her into trouble but her father again shows up to protect her.

Karan is again the youngest child in a rich family, in Kundali Bhagya. He too is a popular cricketer and gets a lot of love from his fans as well as family. When he marries Preeta and abandons her, that night his family only scolds him and then makes him look like the victim. However, Karan soon realises his mistake, when his elder brother Rishabh talks some sense into him. He regrets his actions but his marriage has fallen apart by then.

Amaira from Ishq Aaj Kal, is the only child of a hotel mogul.Amaira’s mother is the owner of Trinity Hotels, and Amaira uses this to conveniently get ahead in her career as a hotelier, without being as talented as her peers. She also makes unreasonable demands from her mother, without ever realising the stress she is going through being in such a powerful position.
