5 Times Amrutham Rao And Anji Really Hit Their Lows In ZEE5 Original Amrutham Dhvitheeyam

After entertaining two generations of Telugu folks on TV, the comedy of errors in Amrutham began again with a sequel. Now, Gunnam Gangaraju has penned down Amrutham Dhvitheeyam with Harsha Vardhan on LB Sriram in the leads. For the unversed, the story revolves around Amrutham and Anji, who constantly try to achieve success through various business ventures. They end up failing almost every time and that’s the comedy of errors that keeps us amused.

We decided to take a look at some of our favourite fails from the show. And we’re sure you will enjoy them too.

In episode 1, Anji and Amrutham decide to meet with venture capitalists to gather funds for Amrutha Vilas. However, their sweet-talk ends up in laughter – where that is all that they take home.

In episode 2, Anji and Amrutham try all that they can to start Amrutha Vilas 2.0. However, the one person that they try to run away from ends up being their angel investor. Dressed in an angelic costume, Appaji scares everyone with his evil laughter.

Just like Anji and Amrutham come up with new plans to expand their business, Appaji comes up with new plans to take away their money. In episode 4, the so-called angel investor used a mosquito to eat up their profits. It may seem silly, but it was surely worthy of a few laughs.

This one is a little different. While we all end up laughing at Amrutham and Anji, sometimes it is ‘rumba aanandam‘ to laugh at Appaji, too. In episode 6, he tried to benefit out of Amrutha Vilas’ earnings. However, his own plan backfired at him. When he tried to fix things, his childhood trauma took over his senses.

More recently, in episode 8, Amrutha Vilas celebrated the ‘Opposite Day’. Most costumers loved the concept of talking opposite of what they wanted. But Appaji walked in with his arrogance and asked for trouble. Well, we all know how hilariously that ended up.
