For Dimer Do Pyaza, marinate some boiled eggs with salt and turmeric powder. Heat mustard oil in a pan, and lightly fry the eggs and keep aside. In the same oil, fry chopped onions, grated garlic and ginger paste. Add salt to taste, turmeric powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder and stir well. Add the eggs, some garam masala powder and a pinch of sugar. Cook till the oil starts to separate, and then serve while hot!
