EXCLUSIVE! ‘Guess Who?’ Game Ft. Karan Kundrra, Naghma Rizwan Of It Happened In Calcutta

Debutante Naghma Rizwan and television Karan Kundrra essay love birds in the ZEE5 Original romantic drama series It Happened In Calcutta. Kusum Ganguly falls for Ronobir Chatterjee at Calcutta Medical College where they study to become doctors. With the backdrop of the 1960’s cholera epidemic and the 1970 Indo-Pak war, the 10-episode web series throws us back to the retro era! In an exclusive behind-the-scenes segment with ZEE5, Karan and Naghma play the ‘Guess Who?’ game wherein they try to name actors and actresses from the golden era of Bollywood!

The host begins by saying that Karan Kundrra is nailing this guessing game already. Naghma Rizwan agrees and says, “Obviously, he is from the 70s!” So, the game is that both the stars will be shown cue cards with half-cut faces of yesteryear’s Bollywood stars. They have to guess the actors’ names correctly. The one with the most number of right answers wins the round! A little nervous after the previous game of guessing iconic dialogues which she lost badly, Naghma plays cautiously this time around. But Karan, as always, is chilling with shades tucked on his head and legs relaxed on the couch!

Surprisingly, Naghma gets two answers right back-to-back! The first image is a half-cut face of Neetu Kapoor, which Naghma answers with a tad bit of doubt but ends up being correct. Easy-peasy for Naghma again, the second picture is of the living legend Dilip Kumar from Devdas (1955). Karan Kundrra is in a fix when he guesses the third picture wrong. Both the actors take Sunil Dutt, Sanjay Dutt, Rishi Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan, and Shatrughan Sinha’s names. To Karan Kundrra, the actor in the image seems to be someone who did 3-4 movies only but actually turns out to be a superstar!

Naghma Rizwan is finally right when she says Mithun Chakraborty after the host gives her an easy clue! He also exclaims that how could Naghma, a girl from Kolkata, not guess Mithun da correctly! The actors’ guesses for the last three images are all correct, being Zeenat Aman, Dharmendra, and Rakhee Gulzar, one after the other. After the game, the host asks the actors to share if they have tried to copy any Bollywood superstar’s style in real life. Quirkily, Karan Kundrra answers that he tried copying Amitabh Bachchan so much that he was even born on the same date as the superstar’s birthday!
