Bharat Ganeshpure is one of the most refined comedians we have in the Marathi film industry currently. He has done several supporting roles in films like Chi Va Chi Sau Ka, Shikari, Dr Prakash Baba Amte- The Real Hero. However, the audience remembers him for his comedy sketches on Chala Hawa Yeu Dya. The actor is part of the troupe which includes Nilesh Sable, Shreya Bugde, Kushal Badrike, Bhau Kadam, and Saagar Karande. Despite being in such a large ensemble, Bharat has stood out with his typical Varhadi accent. The actor celebrates his 51st birthday today and we’ve decided to treat with some of his best comical acts from the show.

1. Bharat indulges in a battle of wits with his co-star Saagar Karande

Bharat has been with the group of comedians since the very beginning of the show. Although the actor shares an incredible chemistry with his fellow mates on CHYD, he has a special bonding with his co-star Saagar Karande which can be traced back to their Fu Bai Fu days. The duo had participated in the comedy reality show as a team and had emerged victorious in one of its seasons. 2. Bharat sends Ajay Devgn and Kajol on a laughter ride

Bharat was at his entertaining best when Ajay Devgn and Kajol had graced the stage in one episode of CHYD. Bharat sent them the adorable couple from Bollywood on a trip down the memory lane by enacting a character from their hit film Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha. Ajay and Kajol couldn’t control their laughter when Bharat revealed himself as Inspector Khan from the film.

3. Bharat’s hilarious banter with the guests

When there are guests present on the show, Bharat turns into his comic best. Check out the episode where the actor exchanged pleasantries with the guests and then made funny remarks about them. The best part was when he remarked that Swanand Kirkire has come straight out of Sholay. We didn’t get the joke until we noticed how the lyricist’s appearance matched Veeru’s look from the film.
