High Five On ZEE5 Awards: Kumkum Bhagya, Code M And Shukranu Lead The February Nominations

The fourth edition of the High Five on ZEE5 Awards will be held on 16 March 2020 in Mumbai. For the past six months, ZEE5 has kept audiences hooked on to their shows. ZEE5 has been India’s largest OTT platform since its launch. Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited is a video streaming service which has raised the bar for all OTT platforms by releasing 100+ original shows and movies in more than 12 Indian languages across genres. The channel has even started the trend of rewarding the ‘Most Viewed Content’ under the High Five on ZEE5 Awards every month. The channel honours the most viewed shows on the platform.

The awards are divided into the categories of Hindi TV shows, Hindi Original Series, Regional Original Series, Movie, and Music Video. The most viewed content is judged on consumer viewership, engagement rate, and completion rate. The previous edition of ZEE5 had a illustrous list of winners including  Dream Girl (movie), Rangbaaz (original content), Kumkum Bhagya (TV show), Hello Ji from Ragini MMS Returns Season 2 (music video).

ZEE5 has launched more than a hundred originals in the last six months. The makers have committed to releasing 15-20 new original content shows on ZEE5 by March 2020. On the Google Play Store, the ZEE5 app has crossed 90 million+ downloads and recorded a peak of 8.9 million DAUs (Daily Active Users).
