Loser
Loser is the last Telugu original web-series on ZEE5. It stars Priyadarshi, Shashank, Kalpika, and others. It is a non-linear story that travels between three eras. Each era takes us closer to one of three players, who are struggling to succeed in their game. Eventually, the three losers come together at a point and help in shaping one big success.
The Tashkent Files
The Tashkent Files is a critically acclaimed film with Naseeruddin Shah, Mithun Chakraborty, Shweta Basu Prasad, Mandira Bedi, Vinay Pathak, and Pankaj Tripathi. This conspiracy thriller film revolves around the mysterious death of former Indian Prime Minister Lal Bahadur Shastri. It attempts to uncover any foul play which could have been a part of the larger story.
Hutatma
Hutatma is a Marathi original show, which is available in Telugu, too. It features Anjali Patil, Vaibhav Tatwawaadi, Sachin Khedekar and others. The show is based on the novel written by Meena Deshpande, under the same name. It is a narrative of the time when Maharashtra came into existence as a separate state and Mumbai was chosen as its capital.
Pareeksha
One of the latest entrants on ZEE5 Originals list is the Adil Hussain starrer social-drama titled Pareeksha. The film is also led by actors like Sanjay Suri and Priyanka Bose. The film is a reflection of our society and is inspired by true events. Directed by Prakash Jha, it is a tale of how a rickshaw puller attains his aspiration of giving his son the best education.
State of Siege: 26/11
State of Siege: 26/11 is the retelling of an unforgettable moment in the nation’s history from a new perspective. Starring Arjan Bajwa, Arjun Bijlani, Mukul Dev and Vivek Dahiya, it tells us how the NSG commandos rescued the city taken over by terrorists, in 2008. We’ve heard many stories, but this is gives out a different perspective.
