In the recent episode of the popular show Main Bhi Ardhangini, we saw that Mahamaya, who is one of the most powerful sorceress, gets betrayed by her own servant Shalaka. This eventually leads to her death and as much as we hated her character of Mahamaya and Nilambari, we loved the actress who played the role, Deepshikha Nagpal. The beautiful actress has been a part of the show since the beginning and she played an important role in the success of the show.

The shoot of the show was done in Jaipur, Rajasthan and the cast had to stay away from their families for weeks and even months. The team members brought a cake for with lovely message ‘We will miss you Mahamaya Nilambari… It was a wonderful journey.’

The actress was aware of the fact that her role was going to end soon. The makers had told her a week before and she was ready for it. While talking to a leading daily she said “I was informed around a week ago that my character is coming to an end. It didn’t come as a shocker to me because I understand that it’s a daily soap and makers have to try new things to keep the audience glued to the show.”
