Modest To Tigress: Let’s Take A Closer Look At The Women In ZEE5 Original Loser

The times are finally changing. The characters played by women are not stereotypical anymore. And, credits to the digital market for allowing real and interesting characters with space to breathe. The latest ZEE5 Original, Loser, written and directed by Abhilash Reddy has definitely done a good job with writing his characters. The show revolves around three sportsmen with three different backdrops.

While the story is centrally about Priyadarshi’s character, Suri, we also meet several other people through his journey. Wilson and Ruby Shabana, played by Shashank and Kalpika Ganesh, also have a major contribution to the story. The setting of Loser is still in a men’s world. We only see six women through the ten episodes. However, we have one less thing to complain about. Because all of these women make a mark and stand out in their own sweet ways.
