No 1 Kodalu 18 July 2020 Written Update: Rahul Ties The ‘Taali’ To Sarsu

Earlier in the Telugu serial No. 1 Kodalu, Peddayyaiah asks Rahul (Jai Dhanush) and Sarsu (Madhumitha) for an explanation. He asks if they can prove Giri’s mistake. Peddayyaiah asks if the people had anything to say about Rahul and Sarsu’s apparent affair. Madhu, Subbulu, and others give a nod to the rumour. Later, he announces that they must get married right there. Rahul tries to leave but people force him to tie the knot after Peddayyaiah suffers a stroke.

In today’s episode, the priest extends the nuptial thread and asks Rahul (Jai Dhanush) to marry Sarsu (Madhumitha), for the sake of his grandfather. Rahul gives in to the pressure from everyone and ties the taali to Sarsu. As soon as they get married, Sarsu bends down and tries to wake Peddayyaiah again. People call for a doctor and they go back to Peddayyaiah’s house. The doctor treats Peddayyaiah and Sarsu sees blood on Rahul’s neck.

She seeks help from the nurse to treat his wound. As the nurse brings cotton, Sarsi tries to clean the wound but Rahul asks her to stay away. The nurse steps in and offers to clean it for him, Rahul allows her to do it. The police come and ask for Peddayyaiah. Sarsu and Rahul go out to talk to the policeman, who informs them that he has come to arrest Giri. Rahul shows the picture from the policeman’s phone to everyone who had gathered around the house.

He tells the villagers that Giri was a fraud and he tried to save Sarsu from him. But instead of standing up and helping them, they accused the two youngsters of having an affair. Rahul blames them for ruining his life by getting him married forcefully. Rahul walks inside the house and Sarsu tells the villagers how disappointed she was by their behaviour. Sarsu says she thought of the villagers to be her well-wishers and family. But they all turned her back towards her when the time came.

Sarsu questions Madhu for accusing her of having an affair. But Madhu explains that he knew of her feelings for him. Later, Sarsu goes to the temple and cries about how she was the reason behind – her father being in the jail, Peddayyaiah and Arunbabu’s health, as well as Rahul’s heartbroken condition.
