Kundali Bhagya first aired in July 2017. Since then it has went on to provide characters that audiences love and ones they love to hate too. The run up to the 500th episode saw Karan’s brother Rishabh, about to marry Sherlyn. Preeta tries to stop the wedding from happening. The cast celebrated the airing of 500 episodes while they were shooting for a later episode.

Here, they can be seen on set with all of them in a similar pose. The five fingers denote 500 episodes. While this cast can carry a prime-time show on their shoulders, it is quite hard for them to all smile looking at the same camera. Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) failed to make it in the group picture as he wasn’t shooting for the show that day.

The cast shared a few cupcakes to bring in the occasion. Here we can see some of the classic chocolate, oreo and even red velvet cupcakes laid out on the table. This was a sweet celebration to celebrate a milestone.

Shraddha Arya plays the role of Preeta on Kundali Bhagya and is an integral part of the show. More recently she is all out to expose Sherlyn’s evil intentions. Here she can be seen enjoying a cupcake while saving one for later. We’ve all been there.

Prithvi is close to the Luthra family and in love with Preeta on Kundali Bhagya. It was his idea to get Sherlyn and Rishabh married so he can marry Preeta. However, Preeta is hell-bent on ruining his plans. Here, the two can be seen sharing a laugh at the party.

Prithvi and Rishabh share an equal dislike for each other in Kundali Bhagya. Prithvi’s way of getting revenge on Rishabh is forcing him to marry Sherlyn. Rishabh too doesn’t hide his hatred for Prithvi but is too nice to harm him. Here we can see Prithvi cracking up Rishabh with a funny comment.

In the latest episodes of Kundali Bhagya, Rakhi’s son Rishabh marries Sanjana’s daughter Sherlyn. This turns Rakhi and Sanjana from friends to family. Here the two can be seen working on that family bonding, at the 500 episode celebration, by sharing a cupcake.

Karan (Dheeraj Dhoopar) may have been absent from the 500 episode celebrations. Preeta bonded with Karan’s sister on set. Here we can see Ruchika telling Preeta how many cupcakes she had or asking Preeta for one bite of the cupcake.

The press gathered on sets to cover this big moment in Indian TV. The cast present on set answered the questions put forth by the press. By the looks of it they even manage to joke around while speaking to the media.

In a trait that is a lot like her character, Preeta, aka Shraddha Arya, offers cupcakes to the media people present. Her happiness at Kundali Bhagya completing 500 episodes is evident in this picture.
